Price quoted are exclusive of sales Tax, Excise duty and other Govt. levies which shall be charged extra as applicable at the time of supply.

The delivery of the equipment can be effected within one months respectively from the date of receipt of your technically or commercially clear order.

Our payment terms for supply are 50% advance alongwith your order and 50% against delivery of the equipment on our works basis.

Equipment supplied by us will be guaranteed against all manufacturing defects due to faulty design, bad workmanship and substandard raw material for a period of 6 months from the date of commissioning of the equipment or 8 months from the date of supply, whichever is earlier.

you can inspect the equipment at our works before despatch.

The equipment will be offered to you for delivery on F.O.R. our works and you shall arrange the transportation of the equipment upto your site or we may also arrange the transportation of the equipment upto your site at an extra cost as applicable on the date of delivery.

Transit insurance can be arranged at an extra cost payable by you.

Load test will be conducted at the site for which necessary dead loads will be provided by you under the equipment.

Our offer would remain valid for your consideration upto 30 days and will be subjected to our written confirmation thereafter.

Any dispute is subject to Jaipur Jurisdiction.
